What do you include with your standard yacht charter package?
Our charters come with experienced crew members, all necessary safety gear, fuel costs, and a selection of refreshments. The exact offerings vary depending on the type of service — for example, sunset cruises come with upscale appetizers and non-alcoholic drinks, whereas corporate charters provide amenities suited for business meetings and tailored catering services.
How much time before should I make my booking?
To secure your preferred date, we advise booking three to two weeks prior, with the busy season stretching from May through September. For special occasions and business gatherings, aiming to book six to four weeks ahead is recommended to ensure ample availability and for personalization options.
What if the weather is bad on the day of our charter?
Our main concern is the safety of our passengers. Should our captain determine weather conditions are not suitable for sailing, we allow for the reservation to be moved to an alternative date or provide a complete refund. We keep an eye on the weather forecasts and reach out at least 24 hours in advance if we predict poor conditions.
Am I permitted to bring my own refreshments on board?
Guests are free to bring personal food and soft drinks. We also offer exceptional catering services with customizable menu options. However, for safety reasons, bringing glassware on board is prohibited.
Is it possible for guests with limited mobility to access your yachts?
We aim to accommodate all individuals. Certain yachts in our fleet are more equipped for accessibility concerns. We encourage discussing your specific requirements while making reservations, so we can suggest the appropriate yacht and prepare for any special arrangements.
What does your cancellation policy entail?
For cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice prior to departure, a full refund is issued. Cancellations occurring between 24 and 72 hours before departure are subject to a 50% refund. Any cancellations within 24 hours do not qualify for a refund, an exception being cancellations due to unsafe weather or mechanical failures on our end.
